1L46 ex 1L27 (3/158) arrives in Platform 6 to form 13.45 to Waterloo; 1L46 ex 5L42 from Salisbury T & RS (2/158) runs into Platform 6 a little later on top of 1L46 to form 1L42 12.45 to Waterloo. The problem is that 5L42 does not fit into Platform 6 and locks up the Down line into Platforms 3 and 4. This should not happen as the combined length of the two trains booked into Platform 6 is well within the platform length of 180 metres. Maybe this was a one-off and I will re-run the operation again to see what the result is. Has anybody else experienced this problem? Terry. Terry Log in to reply |

yes a long time ago, I think a did a shunt and some platform changes but can't remember. Also check if the first train arriving has a stopping position of far end exact rather than default that might do it. Glyn Calvert ACIRO Log in to reply |
