I'm running Kings Cross and have failures set to 3 but track section failure set to none so wondering why I've sudderly now got a TCF blocking access to Platform 3 at Welwyn Garden City?

I've never encountered this in any simulation so why has it appeared? And I know I can use the Incident Panel to work around it.

There was a similar issue in the Derby sim where although the slider looks like it is all the way to the left, the perfect scenario had a minuscule chance of a TCF happening, rather than zero chance.

I'm sure I've seen something similar before, but I can't remember which sim it was on. It's on mantis somewhere.

Dragging the slider all the way to the left should fully prevent further TCFs from occurring.

Although curiously enough, the failure settings in the save file already are all set to 0.00000.
Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick.

Note that the 'Max failures' box is set to 3; turn this down to 0 as well.

At the time of saving, yes. Not conclusive.
