Hi all, i'm fairly new to SimSig Westbury. Anyway as the image attached shows, I have a TC Failure on the UT at Newbury. 2K19 has been trapped since 0540, 1K21 was booked to stop, ive now rerouted that to the UT and itll now miss the stop. 1K23 needed Platform 3 at Newbury, but cannot have it as 2K19 is stuck, So 1K23 will now work in the UP direction but on the DN line to just after the racecourse, where itll rejoin the UP.

Is this the best way to deal with the TC failure or is there another, easier way?

Thank you
Stay safe

Given you have cancelled the route from 1K21's signal, once you've routed 1K21 through the failure (if it's the first train, let it examine the line) the overlap should drop allowing 2K19 out.

Not sure how 1K21 will react to being routed on the UT - if you want to make sure it's not going to call on the through line, right-click it in the train list and tell it to skip the next station. In real life 1K21 might make a stop at the next station to allow passengers to travel back, which you could simulate by editing the timetable.
