My computer recently died and I have a replacement. I have just installed the loader and am installing the sims and timetables. Would it be possible for someone to release my licences from the old machine so I can allocate them to the new one. Thanks very much in anticipation. Chris Log in to reply |

Have you requested an unlock via the Loader? If not, please do; it can only make things easier for the admins.

I have done. By my (quick) count, I have a round 50 licences.

If you have requested a release via the Licence Manager then I am sure the Admins will action it when they get a chance.

Sorry. I wasn't trying to give anyone the hurry-up. I just needed pointing in the right direction, which Steamer kindly did. It was only afterwards that I noticed the option within the Tools menu to request an unlock on all the licences! Thanks to whoever for sorting this out for me. Chris Log in to reply |
