Don't forget there is still time available to sign up to all of the sessions.

Across my desk this morning passed a manila file, out of which dropped the following screenshots.

Curious as to what era these are from. I spent many hours at North Western growing up and I don't recognize the exchange sidings. It seems they would be where the car park is now.

The photo of Wigan is a modern era shot as the UDS is just visible bottom right. If you look on Google earth the exchange sidings are still en situ to the south of the car park.

Ah, I see them now, they aren't on OpenRaileywayMap, but they are on Google Maps. I dont think I've ever seen them used for anything but I've been away from the area for quite a few years.

I'm guessing the addition of the UDS is why the Lime Street trains now use platform 6 rather than the bay platforms?

The 'Exchange Sidings' are two very short stubs; the most you can get in is a track machine.

An yes, the addition of the Up & Down passenger loop between Springs Branch and Wigan South Jn allows Lime St stoppers to use P6 without conflicting with the WCML.

I now have official permission from SWMBO to join on Saturday (all sessions.)

The only current sim in the chain I do not have access to is Sandhills - happy to be rostered anywhere else.

I will probably be acquiring Chester & Chester Lines beforehand but I'm not too fussed about being rostered there - I'm sure plenty of more experienced multiplayers will be champing at the bit to be rostered on there. (Edit - have now purchased both.)

I also, hopefully, be wired for speech and sound. I've not tried my new headset in anger yet.

Just a quick note to add that Chester and Cheshire lines are now available to download / purchase.

We are intending to put the roster together on Wednesday morning (01/07/2020), if you are intending the purchase either sim ahead of the weekend, but won't be doing so before Wednesday morning just drop us a note in this thread so we can allocate people appropriately.

Don't forget that the weekend event is BYOB

For Sessions 1, 2 and 6 please sign me up for Bangor - Holyhead.
For Sessions 3 and 5 please sign me up for Rhyl - Rockcliffe Hall.
For Session 4 I'm happy to be relief for anyone on any of the Welsh sims.

Oh yeah true, as Madley/Cosford/Wellington are missing but that aside the key trunk routes are in!
I wonder what the sim would be that would connect the two, Telford?
Madeley junction. Latterly the box controlled the entire route minus oxley C.S. Box.
Is Madeley in development at all does anyone know, could be added to Wolverhampton as that's not a massive sim

Have put you down for a panel in the session you've joined. There are still some spaces so if you would like panels in other sessions, hit the attending button and I will roster accordingly
