Hi, I'm creating a June 15th 2020 TT for the York sim and trying to clear autoinsert on all services as every time I 'analyse' the TT in the Tools 1 section it puts all the auto inserted locations in each service but I don't want it do that as the timings are wrong. Is there a way to clear the autoinsert on all trains instead of going through each and every single one one by one? Thanks Log in to reply |

The autoinserts always go back in as they're required to validate the WTT for ARS purposes. You can insert the locations yourself in the usual way if you want to specify a different time at the location. Editing the auto-inserted line will also make said line fixed. I know they're technically still there but they're not visible to the user if you clear the autoinsert and it saves a while if you just put in the primary locations

The auto-inserts won't be visible to the user when they show the train's timetable when playing. They will, however, show in the TT editor, and there's no way to remove them permanently.

Such locations are not saved in the WTT file but re-inserted upon loading. Such locations are not timed for scoring purposes. Auto insertions are shown to aid the TT developer. If you know the timing is "wrong", that implies you know what it should be, and thus the question is why are you not inputting it? SimSig Boss Log in to reply |
