Sandy Down Sidings - who operated them in real life? 05/07/2020 at 15:43 #129079

In the Peterborough sim that I'm playing, there are Hand points which need to be set in order for a train to enter the Sandy Down sidings.

In real life, who actually set them? Was it a member of the train crew or some poor soul who had very little else to do?

Everything that you make will be useful - providing it's made of chocolate.
