"11:41:27 6K38 did not have permission (Esso Sidings)" There appears to be no option to phone for permission in the first place. Either that, or the manual is lacking guidance on who to phone. Side note: Is it correct on panel as "Esso Siding" when the location as shown in the message is "Esso Sidings". Sectional Appendix has Esso Sidings. Confusingly, then the message "11:44:35 6K38 arrived at Bradwell Esso Siding 11 min(s) early" appeared with a different spelling - one minute it is "Esso Sidings" (first message), then the next it is "Bradwell Esso Siding" (this second message).
