To get a train in you stop it behind R500, set the route into the sidings.
Frame, tick the Annetts key, switch the point (black) and then the signal control (red).

To get a train out open the frame, click the Annetts key, switch the point and then click the handsignal.

I've tweaked the manual to make the instructions clearer.

I get a continual adverse change of signal aspect when trying to get a train out of the siding. This sends it into a telephone loop where it calls me up, I tell it to continue, it waits at the board, then I give it a hand signal and it gets the ACOA again.

Has worked OK for me. Maybe the 'handsignal' just times out while the train is approaching the stop board ?

As for the timetable, this looks like the 'old' way to seed. Now it can be seeded at start.
I do not see a conflicting train so could seed where it is at midnight (maybe DW59)

7C32 (at RC102) and 2C90 (at Westbury 102) could do with the same update if doing a revision.

Hand is waved for 30 seconds but don't wave too early or you might get that report (under the bonnet it's just a signal that's made off). I did some mitigation in v4.5 - has that version been made available yet?

Not yet, the Loader (freshly installed last weekend after upgrading the OS on my computer) is giving me 4.4.
