I've downloaded SimSig and purchased first license(Plymouth), but when I try to select it from the Downloader I just get a message saying "You do not own the license or it is allocated to a different device" I've only used this one desktop computer. Am I missing something?

When you start the Loader, make sure you've signed in using the same details as you use for the website.
