Now that the line to Okehampton is operational 7/7, how might the line speed in the SIM be increased between Yeoford and Okehampton from 30 mph?

There's some more substantial changes in the layout on the line to Honiton, so it would take more work than just changing speed limits to get the sim up-to-date.
