What era should the Northern Powerhouse/Christmas timetable be ran in? I noticed that there's no Water Street Junction in any of the timetables so I've started it in 2015 - 2017 but then noticed a 5T enter which is a 397?

It was submitted in November 2017, which was well before Manchester North was updated to include the Ordsall Chord. As it was a also submitted before the chord opened in reality, I suspect there's a fictional element to the TT.
