When its tested and ready to be released? There is no set date I'm guessing to avoid disappointment and rushing of development/testing if something goes wrong.

It's a complex sim. Same for Doncaster station - we're working on it but the fact freight trains mostly stay in the sim means we have to work out a lot of unscheduled shunting movements.
