A major update to your PC (changing its name, upgrading the OS or similar) can do it. Just go to this page: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses and request an unlock on any locked licenses. Once an admin has released them, the simulations will be available for use as normal. "Don't stress/ relax/ let life roll off your backs./ Except for death and paying taxes/ everything in life.../ is only for now." If you've upgraded to version 5.x of the loader, there shouldn't be any need for using the license manager any more. The current way of unlocking licenses is via https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses.

Given that everything other than your Edge Hill license is in dynamic mode, are you sure you are actually logged into the loader on the main page when attempting to access sims you have purchased?
