I have a class 5 in my new TT which reverses on the Walsall Single (DY78) to enter Barton-Under-Needwood RSMD. (2016+ era TT)

I'm having trouble identifying the name of the reversing location - is it Wichnor Jn, Alrewas, or something I can't see?

1102 posts 		I tried using Wichnor Jn as the reversing point, and indeed it did stop on the single line (having been shunted with the white triangle). But instead of proceeding to the next location Barton South Jn, train advanced to AS1, where of course it stopped as the Aston signaller had not accepted it through a slot. Manual reverse got it to Barton Depot.

Splitting the Timetable entry at Wichnor Jn didn't help, the new train was still Up, towards AS1.

4869 posts 		I can't see a previous report regarding a reversing point at DY78 on Mantis. Mantis 36901 applies.

For the Post-2006 era, is there a location for reversing behind DY56/DY86?

Also no paths validate for trains entering at BD4?

Barton North Junction - though I've not yet checked if paths validate / it actually works.

Paths etc look to be okay.

TTs don't validate (BTNUNSJ-BTNUNNJ-BTNUNMD or vice versa) and Drivers call up "wrong route" at DY81.

Trains do stop at DY56 but don't reverse and then continue towards Branston Jn.

4869 posts 		At a quick glance the paths looked to be okay, but we've both seen something is further amiss.

Mantis 36922 to investigate and resolve.
