When setting a route from 1111 to 1463 at Harlow Mill Good Loop it has an overlap.
Should the Goods Loop actually have an overlap?
Most Goods loops are not fitted with overlaps as they don't carry passengers

There's an overlap drawn on the real workstation at the termination of YBE track on the down line. I don't see what other purpose that would serve other than being an overlap for 1463.

A separate overlap is drawn at the termination of YBC track on the down line which must apply to 1115 as there's no warner exit button for it.

Can confirm that 1463 does have an overlap back on to the main line, which does happen in a few places around the country and I would argue overlaps for non-passenger routes are becoming more and more prevalent from the evidence I've seen. From the SSI data it looks like it was there from day 1 of the resignalling (2003?).
