Hi, I have submitted for moderator approval my Doncaster South Winter 1999 Timetable. Unlike my previous offering Doncaster North (That has been updated). The southern section of the area controlled by Doncaster PSB is much quieter than the the rest of the area that the box controls. However, That said there is still regulating to be done 125mph Passenger trains mingling with 75mph local passengers and also slower freight traffic, this timetable will at times be a challenge for some! The timetable has the GNER HST's and 91+MK4 Sets along with North of London Eurostar sets. Central Trains passenger services dominate the local passenger traffic note that the Skegness Branch has unbalanced workings via Barkston South this was how it was shown in the WTT. This was a bottle neck and paths on the ECML was at a premium on this section. Freight is also catered for with cross country Oil Traffic from the Humberside Oil Refineries, Yorkshire & North East to Felixstowe Freightliner Traffic along with EWS Enterprise and Intermodal Trains. Also not for getting RES Royal Mail Traffic from The Princess Royal Distribution Center at Willesden to Scotland, Low Fell and Doncaster Royal Mail Terminals with it being in winter the Christmas Additional Trains have been shown. There is a couple of known issues 1 is that the signalman is unable to set a route from D34-D36 Signals at Barkston South and a Mantis Ticket has been raised. 2 When passenger trains from Nottingham Reverse at D88 to come back into Newark Northgate Paltform 3 they proceed to D74 at the end of Newark Northgate to overcome this simply abandon the timetable and reverse the unit and then place it back onto its orignal timetable and this cures the issue. Every effort has been made to make this timetable as accurate as possible and the relevant Working Timetables and Special Traffic Notices and Freight Weekly plans that I have in my collection have been used to produce the timetable.
