Currently playing through the official "Warrington PSB 2015-04-08 SX" timetable and it looks to me like trains do not report in as having arrived at neither of Arpley Sidings (AJ45) or Walton Old Junction MSC Sidings. This appears to affect subsequent trains departing from either location due to the rules applicable to the relevant trains - since they don't register as having arrived then the following workings from the same locations don't enter.

All the rules in the "Warrington PSB 2015-04-08 SX" V5.2 appear to be [Must appear X minutes after Y leaves the area] which should not be affected by whether trains report somewhere or not, it is just based on the train leaving the simulation.

Do you have any further or additional information on the trains you think are affected, or a save game demonstrating the issue?

The technical info which can be be accessed from "Hamburger menu > Help > About > Technical Info > Copy" is also a big help when diagnosing these issues.

"Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer

As can be seen from this cropped and combined screenshot, multiple trains haven't entered from particularly Walton Old Junction MSC Sidings.

I've just watched 6C38 / H13026 going into said location pretty much on time and no report of it having arrived at the final location showed in the message window. The last Train Location Report relevant to this train was "17:13:00 6C38 passed Walton Old Junction 1 min(s) early". I'm fairly certain that the subsequent 6C38 / H13026A train will not enter at 17:45, unless I do what I should not have to do which would obviously be to delete any relevant rules to effectively force the train to enter.

Have you factored in decisions which are built into the timetable?

I've run 6C38 (H13026) and it has left the simulation, 6C38 (H13026A) has then entered at an appropriate rough time later.

Again a save game and technical information would help immensely when diagnosing these issues, especially when rules and decisions are involved to see exactly what has happened in your run through.
