Hi so I've been looking at real WTTs for Cornwall lately and it has been brought to my attention that Baldhu was not a timing pt until post-capacity upgrade work. (Fitting of the IBs between Penwithers and Roskear) yet playing on the '00 or '09 era, it is required. Is this intended?

Baldhu is a mandatory timing point in the down direction in all eras. (from 2009 Rules of the Plan)

Signals R31 & R27 were added as mandatory timing points in the down direction as a result of the capacity upgrade works (2019 ROTP)

Passed the age to be doing 'Spoon Feeding' !!!

The reason I ask is looking at the N.R. and Railtrack archives from the 90s and early 2000s makes no mention of Baldhu as a timing pt
