Hello! I've bought a new computer. I haven't put it to use yet, but I would like to unlock all licenses on my old computer first. Is there any easier way than to right click on every single simulator, and request a license unlock? I own 60 simulators, so I hope there's an easier way for sure! Good afternoon. Do you not have the option "unlock licence from this machine" rather than just "request unlock"? Without Admin intervention, then then quickest way to unlock them is to do it yourself. One thing I will ask about is the ability to "lock all licences to this machine" and an "Unlock all licences from this machine" option somewhere on the loader. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the option "unlock license from this machine" is greyed out on all simulators. I did spend a few minutes now requesting license unlock on all 60 simulators, so I'm hoping it will work!

I have the same problem. I have laboriously removed the licences from a machine I am retiring, and I can;t see how to activate them on the new machine. Grateful for any guidance please.

If you have unlocked your licences/request unlock of licences and this has been processed, then you should be able to lock your licences on your new computer via the loader. Log into the loader and your owned simulations should show a green signal. right click on the sim and lock it to that machine. *please note you'll need an active internet connection intially to log on etc. You may wish to hit the check for updates box also to ensure you're all up to date. On the sim selection page, hit rescan if you think you aren't seeing your owned sims.
