I was surprised how "cosy" the main panel room is, with just the small row of desks behind it!

Hi 9pN1SEAp I used to work there as a Technician Officer, one of the constraints of Bham PSB was room because it was in the city centre everything is crammed in. Doing any alterations and there were many to the signalling was difficult due to room, but it did get easier with modern electronics for instance when 3 of the original TDM,s were replaced 4 cabinets were shrunk to 1.
