Train 2B63 is due in Plat 7a at 11:22. 7B is occupied by 2V15 departing at 11:30. On arrival at NS154, driver reports that he cannot continue because platform is too short. What can I do?

What can I do?NS192 needs to be off with the calling on route to NS223 (but the red triangle to the left of it) as platform 7 is only just 160m and 2B63 is 160m.
