As a starting point, can you confirm that on the front page of the loader you are shown as "logged in OK" and have the green tick beside the user name and password, please.

Yes postal, I can confirmed it says logged in and green tick is there fine, cheers.

This issue has now been resolved by way of private message, and for reference was due to the license being locked to a different machine. Glad to have been able to help you with this tallbloke.
