Recently bought Paisley another great McSIM . Being old codger and from the area like to use the 80s mode and now making a 70s timetable - few trips went to Ladyburn - so needs exit /or multiple trains inside which I think the sim is trying to allow An confused as seems two locations which are at same place in sim -Bogston sidings or Laadyburn. Couple 'bug' type observations 1 entry point to bring new train in -when to use , as none of sidings allow exit . which one relatws to 80s mode --when entering train it reaches buffers does not exit example 9t21 to Ladyburn arrive sits at buffers doesnt exit. BUT You can create entry for train back out , but it then doesnt enter even after removing the first train and getting entry message - - another train due in prior to departure hence need to have entry /exit - location had multiple sidings ( molasses,Fuel- trips T19,T21 and Ayr to Ladyburn 8P80 - entry train message appears to accept - but never appears on sim Is this known issue or have I done something wrong . Should be a closed siding or an entry /exit - seems to be trying to be both . Log in to reply |

Confirmed that the location isn't behaving itself- Mantis 17891 raised on the issue tracker.

The label Ladyburn is supposed to indicate the Relay Room area rather than a location; though I've provided a timetable location attached to a couple of sub-routes which make little sense to me now. The siding location should be Bogston Siding. There is a coding error in that the fall off point is at the wrong end of the siding, so entering trains immediately fall-off! Easy to sort but I want to clarify in my own mind why I allowed for a timetabled location for Ladyburn in the first place. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs!
