Oh, I get it now, cheers. Plus also, on RTT, how do you get previous workings for trains and also how do you get trains towards a destination (for example the next station) to appear if imputed into the timetable
Sometimes RTT shows the previous working ( as in " formed from 1A00" ) or shows shows the next working at the terminating location ( "Forms 1A00" ) but not usually. You will need to find someone with access to the unit diagrams to get definitive answers. Some of the time you can work it out from the platform details given in RTT e.g. if 1A00 goes into P5, there are no other trains in P5 and 1B00 then departs you may want to assume that 1A00 forms 1B00. However this is not guaranteed as some ECS workings don't show in RTT so you don't know if 5A00 goes off for servicing then 5B00 rolls in to form 1B00.

Not quite as easy as it looks at first glance, is it?
Of course back in the days of the dinosaurs, an awful lot of ecs wasn't timetabled - the signalmen just worked it all out for themselves, or with the local sidings supervisor/depot supervisor/whatever. That was certainly the case at Marylebone, in the days when the Diesel Depot was about where the UPL is now. There were stock diagrams, of course, but units tended to be swapped about to get units on to the depot in accordance with CM&EE requirements, so for each peak the Depot Supervisor would give us a list of what trains/units would go where/form what (there was also lots of coupling/uncoupling in the platforms either side of the peaks). No two days the same.

Bit difficult to write a TT for a sim on that basis! For the purposes of a sim TT you would have to start with some sort of core information whether that be the actual diagrams or the best guess based on the arrivals and departures. You could then use rules or decisions to put in some set swaps so that things vary from day to day but you have to know from where you are starting before you can bring that sort of enhancement into play.

Worth noting that this can still be the case today- as mentioned in one of the Sheffield threads, there are no timetabled moves to/from the station CS. Diagram swaps are also not uncommon for maintenance purposes, particularly with the long-distance operators.

In all honesty, I MAY choose to make a timetable for a smaller sim as I think that Victoria is one that I personally and honestly cant hack yet.

These is so much harder to follow off rather than from a RTT WTT also how do you add other trains incoming into victoria or going to other destinations?

Those are carriage working notices. They aren't timetables but they will show you what stock forms each service and what it forms next and if it needs to join or detach portions. You would still use RTT or a WTT with them.
