I have no technological skill at all and would like to know how to add sound to the game. Does anyone think they know how to do this? And can you explain how to do it if so.

You can add sound to various different messages that come up, eg for when the phone rings.

See Options - Messages in the wiki

Hi

You can find a list of sounds to download on the website...

https://www.SimSig.co.uk/File/Index/6

You can then add these sounds to specific event by using the F3 options menu when on sim and select the messages tab, where you can then upload the sound to your chosen event.

The files will be located where you download files on your computer. Normally the downloads folder.

No, Once you have associated a sound to the message, it will remain associated until you remove or change it

Also, it's a common setting for all sims.
