Hi,

Is there any way to check the time in a pop up menu somewhere?
The size of the window is slightly to large for my screen, so I can't see the time at the bottom left

Thanks

Will

There isn't another way to see the time, as far as I know.

Try F3>Display and untick 'Windowed mode'. Exit the simulation, and when you re-start it, the simulation will adjust the screen resolution automatically so that it fits in, and re-adjust it when you exit. To minimise the simulation in the middle of playing, press the windows key.

Alternatively, increase your computer's screen resolution (Right click on the desktop, click 'properties' or select 'screen resolution', depending on the type of computer you have.

From memory I think you need to take the "windowed mode" option off under F3
That will then make the screen render correctly.

I probably should have mentioned I am on a mac using crossover.

Unfortunately, for some reason the sim doesn't run properly in non-windowed mode with my setup and I'm already at my highest resolution, so I guess I will just have to play "blind" and wait for the scrolly version.

Thanks for your help

Using windows you can steal a few more pixels by pushing the window up until the blue top border is just about out of sight - you can also do that with any of the other windows when running a scrolly sim.

Just out of curiosity, what resolution is the Mac and what versions of OSX and Crossover are you using?
