Hi All,
I am experiencing an issue in the Waterloo sim.
When I try to send a train to platform 20, I get the 'wrong route' call from the driver.
Could this please be fixed in the next release?
Thanks.

why shouldn't you? If you're trying to send a domestic service into an international terminal, then I'm sure the driver would question this, as it wouldn't be normal procedure to mix domestic with international, causing issues with customs and security. they are/were two separate stations effectively.

unless of course you were simulating a current TT where the international terminal can be used as an overflow. others would be able to comment better on that.

P.S. - maybe a little more info required with your problem? Timetable? headcode? which line are you routing from/to?

It is now permitted to send trains into platform 20 when the extra capacity is needed, so it should be irrelevant.
Using a 2010/2005 mix, routing from UW/WR to p20.
But i do see your point

Jamie, the current sim was released in 2009. Hence overflow was / is not available.

OK. I see your point. Is there any chance of this being incorporated into the new version?

On top of this assuming there is going to be a updated version, Would there be any chance we can have F8 view as well? If not that some sort of automatic ARS system which places late trains into long term empty platforms instead of requiring its own platform when late?

Anything newly released would contain the Simplifier screen. This has been part of the core code for some time now.
