Manchester East SX 08 04 2015

This thread is for discussion of the Manchester East SX 08 04 2015 timetable.

"Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer

0400 Start TT
6M37 is seeded at RJ31 (Hyde North) but has the locations from Ash Bridge Jn to Hyde Jn still in its TT. This train is already past these locations so should have Woodley as the Start Location

There's an inconsistency between the Manchester East 08/04/2015 set and the Manchester North one. East has the Drax- Liverpool trains that run via Rochdale, North doesn't.

6M04 reports wrong route after Stalybridge P3 when routed onto the Up Ashton. It appears that the train is timetabled to run the Up Ashton to Manchester North via Baguley Fold Jnc, and then reenter on the Down Ashburys to enter Guide Bridge Yard via the Up Main.

James - does the fix also address any issues with moves the other way round (clockwise from Guide Bridge to Ashburys/ Baguley Fold/ Stalybridge/ Diggle)?

I’ve not long run 6E06 round that route on the default TT and he was more than happy.

Have also rerun my save games that had the wrong route at Stalybridge and the signal not clearing at Baguley Fold Jn and both have worked fine

Yes, or at least should do. Going to AMN, it must have AMN as the next location, going to Guide Bridge, it must have Guide Bridge, or any of the appropiate reversing locations on either route

OH55 enters at New Mills Central at 01:43 bound for Guide Bridge Yard.arr 02:22.

6H55 rings out of yard at 02:12 running early dep due at 02:36.

It needs correcting so that the LE gets to the yard first!

Great sim,many thanks.

6H43 appears, approaching Ashburys on the Down Asnbury due to arrive Ashburys at 0814 and depart at 0836
towards Guide Bridge. If I put 6H43 in the platform at 0814, there are four passenger trains to pass it, 2H64, 2H56, 1P16 & 2H81.

How is this supposed to work? Not knowing the area, does 6H43 go into Ashbury Arrivals, schedule doesn't show this?

It should sit at the signal in rear protecting the junction until 0836.

As an aside (albeit on the wrong thread) i need to report that this train never called in at the signal in question to say it was waiting despite the fact it was sat there for 15 mins and it hadnt reached the correct stopping point.

Joe is correct, this sits at AS894 to prevent delays to other services.

Clicking the TD upon entry you will find that the Notes button is active, which gives instructions on how to deal with it
