I notice the thread has now been locked due to age but have not seen a notice that this has been fixed. I have found this is occurring in Manchester Piccadilly when calling on trains into an occupied platform but cannot find reference to this in the forum.

The issue there was fixed in V5.23 and released in November last year. If (to OP) there is still an issue, please can you explain the issue in more detail?

Yes, that's the one. I have found call on into an occupied platform doesn't clear so train has to be cautioned past the signal. When in platform, route does not cancel but trains do attach.
