Whenever I have purchased sims in the past, I've always been able to do using a credit card without creating a PayPal account. However, this afternoon when I purchased Warrington PSB, I ended up having to create a PayPal account. Did I miss the option to just pay without creating a PayPal account? As well as the above, it will randomly not allow you to check out as a guest from time to time- or at least when I've used PayPal on other sites. Trying again a little later usually sorts it.
