Gloucester can easily be managed by a single player, however a maximum of 3 players can join a multiplayer game (one for each panel, North, Central and South).
Gloucester can be chained to Bristol (at Charfield) and SwinDid at Kemble. A future version will be able to chain to Saltley at Longbridge, however there is a difference in chain-related core code between the two simulations.
