This contains the buttons that are/were at bottom left of a paged sim and also shows the time in another button.
The simulation can be paused by clicking on the time button, whereupon the control window will turn red to highlight the fact that the simulation is paused.
The other buttons have the same behaviour as before.
This window has all the menus; menu options are nearly the same as before but with a few added features.
